1. Return & Exchange Period

Returns and exchanges are available within 2 days of delivery, except for items sold under special promotions where terms may vary.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please contact us by sending a direct message (DM) on our Instagram page within 2 days of delivery to report any issues. Once approved case of exchanges, the shipment will be delivered in 7-10 days.

3. Return Process

After we receive your message, our team will review your concern and validate the issue.

If approved, we will arrange a home pick-up for the product - whether it's a return or an exchange request.

• In case of any refunds post approval, refund will be credited to source account within 7-10 business days.
• Exchanged items will be delivered within 7–10 business days from pick-up.

4. Product Condition

Ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned in the same condition as received.
